About Us
I am Rishika Pratham Gupta, specialising in bespoke, commissioned hand embroidered tapestries, created at the intersection of fine art, couture hand embroidery, and architectural expression. Every artwork I create is custom-designed conceived through dialogue, context, and intent then realised as a singular, heirloom piece of art.
My academic background anchors my work. I hold a Degree in Art and Fashion Design, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and an MBA in Marketing. This unique blend allows me to approach art with both emotional sensitivity and strategic clarity understanding not only aesthetics, but also positioning, longevity, and collector value.
My journey is deeply informed by legacy. I come from a family rooted in the interiors and architectural business, which has further given me early and ongoing exposure to spatial design, material sensibilities and the evolving language of luxury interiors across the world. Being immersed in this environment has shaped the way I perceive art as a powerful element within a living, breathing space. I work closely with my dedicated atelier team, creating fully hand-embroidered artworks using traditional techniques elevated through a refined, contemporary vision. Swarovski crystals, Real natural gemstones, pure Gold & Silver metallic threads, beads, and textured fabrics are layered with precision often over hundreds or thousands of hours to achieve sculptural depth, luminosity, and timeless elegance. Every stitch is intentional, every surface is composed with a purpose.
My studio functions as a collaborative atelier where craftsmanship meets concept. Together with my team, I create artworks that transcend precious pieces designed to anchor interiors, converse with architecture, and endure across generations. Each commission is approached with reverence, precision, and a deep understanding of space, luxury, and storytelling.
With family participation in global design platforms, I continue to gain first-hand insight into contemporary movements, materials, and aesthetic directions shaping the global luxury and architectural landscape. This exposure, combined with intellectual curiosity and disciplined study, became the foundation upon which I built my artistic practice.
